Habitat for Humanity Middlesex relies solely upon volunteers for its operations. No special experience is needed to work on the houses under construction, and all tools are provided.

Volunteers are also needed to solicit the following for the houses:
Identification and enlisting of contractors to provide specialized services on the houses;
Identification and securing donations from building supply entities and suppliers of electrical, plumbing, HVAC equipment and appliances;
Securing of monetary donations for the construciton of Habitat houses, each house requiring a minimum of $50,000 cash;
Identifying and enlisting community support for the mission of providing affordable housing for residents of Middlesex County.
